Sewing:
I have been sewing since I was about 13 years old. I have always loved to sew. I have made dresses, pants, skirts, shirts, clothes for my children, blankets, clothes for my dogs, Halloween costumes, the list really goes on and on. My first sewing project when I was a child was a felt cupcake for home economics class. I actually despised that project... it required me to hand sew the entire cupcake! Still to this day, I am not very good at hand sewing. Right now, I am in the middle of several projects. The first being a quilt for my niece. There's a pic below. Its not finished here, I have actually added more flowers and ribbons. This photo doesn't do it any justice.
I am also making a few outfits for my chihuahuas, they do get so cold in the winter! And in truth they really seem to love wearing clothes. I know some people are against dressing animals. But if you understand the Chihuahua breed, they really do get cold and need a little extra warmth. I will post pics here of any of my projects, and give directions if I can. If there is a certain project you'd like me to try or give directions for if I haven't, then please let me know!
